Getting started as a manager

1. Create an account and confirm your email.
2. Create your company on the Company page. You become its manager.
3. Invite surveyors by email. They join as soon as they sign up (in the app or here) with that address.

Getting started as a surveyor

1. Ask your manager to invite your email address.
2. Install the mobile app and create an account with that same email, then confirm it.
3. Create a project, import a floor plan (photo or PDF), and start dropping pins.

Who can see what?

• Managers see every project in their company, and the members and pending invites on the Company page.
• Surveyors see only the projects they created — not colleagues' projects, not even their names.

Several companies

One account can belong to several companies, and can be the manager of more than one. Use the Company selector at the top of the Projects and Company pages to switch. In the mobile app, pick the active company on the Account screen.

The Projects page

Lists each project with when it was created and by whom, and when it was last changed and by whom. "Last updated" reflects changes to the project itself (name, site address), synced from the app.

Working offline

Everything in the app — capture, editing and PDF export — works without a connection. Changes sync automatically once you're back online.

Didn't get the confirmation email?

Check your spam folder, then try Create account again with the same email. Still stuck? Contact your manager.
